While all of the skills and knowledge employed in handling a real estate transaction are vital to success, Lorena believes the first step in helping either a buyer or a seller is to understand their wants, needs, and goals. That requires listening, asking the right questions, and of course – providing clear and honest answers to their questions.
Today Lorena makes a difference and gains personal satisfaction from helping her clients reach their dreams of home ownership – or of selling and moving on to life’s next adventure.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University-Hayward, and spent over 14 years as a contracts manager in diverse industries and understands what a well-researched and executed contract can make on the business.
When not helping Malibu area buyers and sellers, Lorena enjoys long walks on the beach, riding her motorcycle along the Malibu canyons, paddle boarding at the Malibu Pier and volunteering her time to local organizations that care for the homeless.
