For 20 years Grace was a Producer, Writer and Director for the CBS News Magazine, 60 MIUTES in New York, aggressively pursuing relevant and cutting edge stories. During her successful television career, Grace used her personal time to pursue her other passion, real estate. She bought and sold fixer-uppers and turned them into profitable properties on the east coast. She and her husband then moved to California where, in addition to 60 MINUTES, she also continued to buy and sell fixer-uppers on the west coast.
After Grace left CBS News, she started her own design company, Malibu Home Design. Applying creativity and sound judgment she turned it into a successful business. But real estate still was an ongoing passion The next step seemed a natural one…she became a Realtor. Santos Flaniken
On a chance meeting while riding horses, Santos met famous Architect Cliff May who heightened his interest in Residential-Ranch Architecture and “Stay North of Sunset” advice!
Within the year Santos hired his college accounting professor as manager, formed a construction company specializing in remodels, thereafter, custom Architectural spec homes throughout Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades and Malibu. The business took off and gained momentum for the next 15 years.
Then came the Recession and downturn in the economy – high interest rates of 23%, construction slowed to a crawl – Santos segued to real estate sales, worked for a large realty firm in Beverly Hills and transferred to the Malibu office where (for 30 years) he has focused on Malibu real estate – specializing in building permits, land, ranch and beach homes!
To this day, he enjoys horses, surfing and taking Judo lessons.
Erin Halley
Erin Halley has been a resident of Malibu for over 25 years. After graduating with the first class of seniors at Malibu High School in 1996 Erin went on to receive her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Pepperdine University.
Since 1996 Erin has been and still is a part of her family’s general contracting business which specializes in building custom homes in Malibu. Her father taught her at a young age the importance of having exceptional integrity and ethics in everyday life.

Currently, Natalie devoting whatever free time she has to helping women in Haiti. She co-founded “Things Helping Haiti” after the earthquake and after a few trips to Haiti, began the ‘Zanmi’ project (‘zanmi’ means ‘friend’ in Haitian Creole). Haitian women are being paid to create one of a kind, hand sewn dolls (Zanmi) using recycled t-shirts. Already, project is bringing hope and income to Haitian women and 100% of the proceeds are donated to Project Medishare to help them build a desperately needed ICU in Haiti.
