Within the year Santos hired his college accounting professor as manager, formed a construction company specializing in remodels, thereafter, custom Architectural spec homes throughout Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades and Malibu. The business took off and gained momentum for the next 15 years.

Then came the Recession and downturn in the economy – high interest rates of 23%, construction slowed to a crawl – Santos segued to real estate sales, worked for a large realty firm in Beverly Hills and transferred to the Malibu office where (for 30 years) he has focused on Malibu real estate – specializing in building permits, land, ranch and beach homes!

To this day, he enjoys horses, surfing and taking Judo lessons.

Already, project is bringing hope and income to Haitian women and 100% of the proceeds are donated to Project Medishare to help them build a desperately needed ICU in Haiti.
